Agnes Langan, 93, of Floral City, FL, died on September 24, 2018. Mrs. Langan was born in Kansas City, Kansas on January 21, 1925, the daughter of the late Stephan and Kathryn (Wenski) Carr. She was a registered nurse and mom. Agnes was a parishioner of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. Her hobbies included sewing and gardening.
Agnes was preceded in death by her parents, husband, John Langan, son, Ronald Langan, three brothers and four sisters. Survivors include, two daughters, Rebecca Gailliot of Inverness, FL; and Cynthia Rivenbark and her husband Maurice of Floral City, FL; three sons, Timothy Langan and his wife Sirilak of Layton, UT; Michael Langan and his wife Barbara of St. Petersburg, FL; and Patrick Langan and his wife Carol of Palmetto, FL; niece, Patricia Lambrecht and nephew, Robert Long, as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Agnes’s family will receive friends at Heinz Funeral Home on Friday, October 5, 2018 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11:00 am on Friday, October 5, 2018 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Inverness, FL with Father Patrick Rebel presiding. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Helping Hand Food Pantry at Our Lady of Fatima, 550 US Hwy 41 South, Inverness, FL 34450. Heinz Funeral Home & Cremation, Inverness, FL.
