Albertine Williams

Albertine “Abby” Williams, 86, of Inverness, FL, died on Sunday, August 18, 2013 at her home under the loving care of her family and Hospice of Citrus County.  Abby was born on May 29, 1927 in Fort Fairfield, Maine, the daughter of Gilbert and Bertha Barnes. She worked in a factory doing assembly work. Abby moved to Inverness in 1997 from Hendersonville, NC.  She was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Inverness, FL.

Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Kenneth. Survivors include her husband of 62 years; Thomas Williams, son; Anthony Williams of Manchester, NH, daughter; Sandra Pelletier of Inverness, FL; sisters; Rowena Rand of Presque Isle, ME, Maxine McLaughlin of Caribou, ME, five grandchildren, and 6 great granddaughters; and her beloved dog Willie.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 21, 2013 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM with a Vigil Service at 5:30 PM. at Heinz Funeral Home Chapel. The Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 AM Thursday, August 22, 2013 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Inverness, FL. Fr. Erwin Belgica will officiate.
