Doris "Dottie" Schuetz, 101, of Live Oak, formerly of Citrus Springs, FL, passed away on January 23, 2020. She was born in Texas on July 7, 1918.
She owned and operated Al & Dottie's Mattress Plus store in Crystal River with her husband Al Schuetz. She was a member of Citrus Missionary Baptist Church in Inverness and Amazing Grace Baptist Church in Wellborn, FL. She was known to have crossed Texas in a covered wagon.
Dottie is survived by her husband Al Schuetz of Live Oak, FL.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2:30 PM, Sunday, January 26, 2020 at Citrus Missionary Baptist Church in Inverness, with a viewing starting at 2:00 PM. Mrs. Schuetz will be interred at the Hills of Rest Cemetery in Floral City following the service.
