Douglas Woodard

Douglas M. Woodard , 73, of Inverness, FL died on Thursday, November 26, 2015 at Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast in Lecanto, FL.  Douglas was born on March 9, 1942 in Huntington, WV, son of Raymond and Nellie Woodard.  He  moved to Inverness in 2000 from Huntington, WV.  Doug worked at Sherwin Williams Paint in Inverness, FL.

Survivors include his wife, Carol Woodard of Inverness; three children Douglas E. Woodard and his wife Julie of Proctorville, OH,  Benjamin E. Ponce of Atlantic Beach, FL and Chantel Barker and her husband Jamie of Inverness, FL; brother, John Woodard and wife Sharon of Huntington, WV; sister, Mary Ann Hagerman of Huntington, WV; and five grandchildren Benjamin, Samuel, Kristina, Raven and Zoe; four great grandchildren, Zoey, Zoey, Layla and Alex.  Arrangements by Heinz Funeral Home & Cremation, Inverness, FL.
