He is survived by his parents, Brian Allender and Marcello Salyers; children, Cade, David and Kayce Allender and his grandparents. Other survivors include brothers, Brian Michael Allender, Zachary Allender and Matthew Allender; and sisters, Casandra Flusher, Brittany Cole, Alicia Hensley and Kayleen Rife.
