Edward F Stuart Age 80

Ed Stuart, the man, the myth, the legend passed away January 10, 2021 due to complications from COVID.  He was born May 8, 1940 in Brooklyn NY to Charles and Mary (Dieble) Stuart.  He married the love of his life Edna Olsen on March 3, 1962.  He graduated from Brooklyn Automotive and was a proud mechanic for the city of NY.  He retired to Inverness, FL in 2001 and was recently living in Crystal River, FL with his loving daughter Barbara.  In his younger days he was an avid golfer, hunter and fisherman.  He would do anything for his family and friends, and was an amazing father, grandfather and great grandfather.

He is survived by his three children Katherine Serocki (Ed), Barbara Diaz, and Edward Jr; his 8 grandchildren Anthony (Hollie), Joseph, Krista, Santos (Shelly), Nicholas, Edward John, Julianna, and Eddie; and his 4 great grandchildren Zoey, Skyler, Ryan and Silas. He is also survived by his 4 siblings, Rita, Pat, Jimmy and Billy.  He is predeceased by his brother Charles and his soulmate Edna.

Due to Covid the family has decided to postpone a celebration of life and will hold one in May close to his birthday.    He will be greatly missed by all.
