Elizabeth "Betty" Trepanier

Elizabeth “Betty” Trepanier, 85, of Inverness, FL, passed on March 1, 2023. She was born in Westfield, MA on January 24, 1938, to the late William and Elizabeth Toupin. 

Betty traveled the world with her late husband, Francis, while he was in the military.  When it came to RVing, Betty went along for the ride.  She was a member of the Holiday Rambler RV Club and the Friends of Fort Cooper.  Betty lived in Inverness for 32 years, where she was attended of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church.  She enjoyed gardening and volunteered for Habit for Humanity.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband of almost 60 years, Francis J. Trepanier.

Survivors include her daughters, Cheryl Suasnavar of Inverness, FL, and Linda Weis and her husband Stephen of Newport News, VA; four grandchildren, Daniel Weis, Allison Weis, both of Newport News, VA, Elizabeth Durham and her husband Trae of Townsend, TN, and Anthony Suasnavar of Colorado Springs, CO.

Visiting hours will be on Sunday, March 5, 2023, from 4:00 – 6:00 PM, at Heinz Funeral Home in Inverness.  A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM, on Monday, March 6, 2023, at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in  Inverness.  Betty will be laid to rest by her husband at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell at 1:00 PM.
