Emma Quercia

Emma Theresa Quercia, 85, of Inverness, FL died May 22, 2017 at Evergreen Woods Health and Rehab in Spring Hill, FL. Emma was born in Hopewell, New Jersey the daughter of Siro and Maria Ceccato. Emma was a C.N.A. She moved to Inverness in 1987 from Long Island, New York. Emma was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church Inverness, FL

She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Quercia January 14, 2006.  Survivors include four children; Joseph Quercia and his wife Denise of Patchogue, NY, Ralph Quercia and his wife Kathy of Selden, Long Island, NY, Gina Toye and her husband Ted of Spring Hill, FL, Leanne Rodriguez and her husband Jeffrey of Inverness, FL, brother; Dizmus and his wife Mae of Trinity, FL, nine grandchildren; Joseph, Kimberly, Cori, Nicholas, Addison, Teddy, Amber, Katie and Alex, 6 great grandchildren; Adelyn, Violet, Jack, Carter, Esma, and Lucia.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2017 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. at the Heinz Funeral Home in Inverness, FL. A vigil service will begin at 6:30 PM.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Francis Cabrini Catholic Church, Spring Hill, FL on Friday, June 2, 2017 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
