George William Katinas

George Katinas, age 81, passed away on January 10, 2024, under the
compassionate care of HPH Hospice.  He was born in Brooklyn, NY, the son of
Joseph and Sarah (Weber) Katinas. 

George moved to Inverness, Florida in 1995 from Port Jefferson Station, Long
Island.  George enjoyed golfing, telling “Papa” jokes, and watching the New York
Yankees.

 
George was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Mary Ann, who passed
away in August 2023, and by his parents, and seven of his eleven siblings.
George is survived by his daughter Christine Albrecht (Joseph) of Inverness, Fl,
son JR (Nancy) of Clifton Park, NY and Craig of North Palm Beach, Fl.  He is also
survived by his grandchildren: Danielle, Christopher, Joey, Rachel, Marie, Ava,
Ryan and Adrian. 

A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
