Irene Snyder

Irene Snyder, 100, of Floral City, FL, passed away on March 28, 2022. She was born on October 6, 1921 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of the late James and Marie Visone.

Mrs. Snyder worked as a technician for an electric company. She loved jewelry, shopping and clearance sales.

Survivors include daughters, Linda Clayton, JoAnn (Matt) Lissner, and Antoinette Larsen; sons, Michael (Lori) Snyder and John Snyder; sister, Antoinette Vieira; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, John Snyder; brothers, Dan (Vincentine) Visone and John (Rose) Visone; sons-in-law, Wayne Larsen and Terry Clayton; and granddaughter, Zoey Clayton-Lang.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 4, 2022 at 11:30 AM at Heinz Funeral Home in Inverness, with a Visitation beginning at 9:30 AM.  Burial will follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell at 1:30 PM.
