Joseph Uzar, Sr.

Joseph A. Uzar, Sr., 27, of Floral City, FL died on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at Citrus Memorial Hospital in Inverness.  Joseph was born on September 3, 1987 in Brooksville, FL, son of Lance and Patricia Uzar.  He was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church.  Joseph was very involved in 4H, loved to fish and spend time with his family.

Joseph was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Philip Frank, and John Uzar.  Survivors include his wife, Amber Uzar and two children, Joseph Anthony Uzar, Jr. and Cecelia Rose Uzar of Floral City, FL; his parents, Lance and Patricia Uzar of Floral City, FL; father-in-law Terry Rouse and his wife Melanie of Zephyrhills, FL; mother-in-law Margret Farmer of Floral City, FL and step-father-in-law Billy Farmer of Bushnell, FL; maternal grandmother, Sue Frank of Floral City, FL; paternal grandmother, Joette Bowsky of Inverness, FL; grandfather, Harole Rouse of Floral City, FL; brothers, Leonard Giordano and his wife, Nichole of Inverness, FL, Mark Smythe and wife Elizabeth of Ocala, FL, Ralph Giordano and wife, Mindy of Inverness, FL, Johnathan Uzar of Floral City, FL, Andrew Uzar and wife Enza of Inverness, FL, and Peter Uzar of Floral City, FL; sisters, Constance Giordano of  Inverness, FL, Victoria Rotondo and husband Tony of Inverness, FL, Veronica Uzar of Floral City, FL, and Christina Uzar of Floral City, FL; sister-in-laws Nicole Springston and Kali Farmer; nieces and nephews, Jakob, Aneillo, Phillip G., Magdeline, Joshua, Flora, Hannah, Gabriel, Isaiah, Kari, Leone, Lizzy, Elijah, Isabella, William, Randall, Jerimiah, Dominick, Vincent, Mia, Regan, Phillip F., Jerome, and Sarah; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, their children and friends.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at Heinz Funeral Home.  There will be a Rosary Service at 2:30 p.m. and a Vigil Service at 7:00 p.m.  Funeral services for Joseph will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Inverness.  Burial will follow at Hills of Rest Cemetery in Floral City, FL.  Heinz Funeral Home & Cremation, Inverness, FL.
