Judith Brooks

Judith H Brooks, 84, of Citrus Hills, Florida, passed December 15, 2017 at her residence of Grand Living, Sr. Living Community.

She was born on September 28, 1933 in Hanover, New Hampshire, daughter of Charles and Alice Hirschey.  She graduated Carthage High School then attended Vassar and Syracuse University where she studied Interior Design.

A member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, and active volunteer as a docent at the Everson Museum, the Junior League, the Corinthian Club, Meals on Wheels, and Planned Parenthood in Syracuse, NY.  Judy was an avid world traveler where she took many trips over the years.

Among her survivors are her four children and their spouses, Sharon Skeele-Hogan and John Hogan of Citrus Hills, FL, Lynn Skeele-Flynn and Thomas Flynn of Virginia Beach, VA, Carl H. Skeele of Key Largo, FL, and Robert C.  and Pamela Skeele of Syracuse, NY, brothers and their wives Lee and Debby Hirschey of Sarasota, FL, Urban and Sally Hirschey of Cape Vincent, NY, 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
