Margaret T. Harris, 98, of Inverness, FL, died on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at her home under the loving care of God, her daughter, dear friends, and Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast. Margaret was born on September 7, 1919 in South Amboy, NJ, daughter of Stephen and Mary Denarski. She had seven brothers, Zigmund Denarski, Anthony Denarski, Michael Denarski, Raymond Denarski, Benjamin Denarski, Leon Denarski, and John Brim. Margaret was employed as a waitress for over forty years in the Perth Amboy area. She also worked at Pathmark, A&S, and Super Foodtown. Margaret enjoyed her work, meeting new people and taking care of her own home and family. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Lady’s Rosary Society. Margaret moved to Inverness in 1978 from South Amboy, NJ. She was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Inverness.
Margaret was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Ruszczyk and her second husband, Nathan J. Harris; son, Raymond Ruszczyk. Left to cherish her many, many memories are her daughter, Barbara Zielinski of Inverness, FL, dear friends, nieces and nephews.
A Mass for Mrs. Harris will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 4, 2017 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:30 p.m. until the hour of service. Interment will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery in South Amboy, NJ.
