Peter Demarest

Peter Demarest, 77, of Homosassa, FL, died on October 26, 2018.  Peter was born on May 23, 1941 in Brooklyn, NY, the son of Raymond and Mary Demarest.  He was a Veteran of the US Army.  Peter was a carpenter by trade and a member of the Carpenter’s Union.  He moved to Homosassa in 1985 from New York.

When Peter wasn’t working, he enjoyed being with his family on their boat, “The Wicked Witch”.

He was preceded in death by his wife Maryanne Demarest.  Survivors include four children, Barbara Demarest, Peter Demarest, Jay Demarest and Corrina Douglas. Stepchildren include, Richard Dalton, Roseann Sabina and Maryann Harrison. He had three grandchildren and seven stepgrandchildren.
