Richard L. Neal

Richard Larry Neal, born May 30, 1946, Norwich New York, passed away November 29, 2024 in Cypress Cove Care Center. 

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Diane; two sons, Carson (Gina) of North Dakota and Thomas (Sheri) of North Carolina; two daughters Lisa of Inverness and Kara of New Jersey. Also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren, three brothers, three sisters, and several nieces and nephews. 

He was predeceased by his parents, three brothers and two sisters. 

He was an avid sports fan, especially for the New York Yankees and Duke University basketball. He spent 40 years owning a dairy farm in New York and doing taxes for a myriad of New York residents. 

He spent 13 years in the US Army, including two tours in Germany and one in Vietnam.

A Funeral will be held on Tuesday, December 17, at 11 AM, at our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. Interment at Florida National Cemetery will follow.
