Robert Hanley

Robert “Lee” L. Hanley, 52 of Inverness, FL, passed away October 10, 2015 at Citrus Memorial Hospital.  Lee was born on Halloween, October 31, 1962, in Mount Holly, NJ, son of Robert E. Hanley and Mary Hanley Widenor of Inverness, FL.  He graduated from Cedar Ridge High School in Old Bridge, NJ.  Lee moved to Inverness in 2006 from Fall River, MA.  He was an avid sports fan, especially of the New England Patriots and Nascar driver Dale, Jr.  Lee loved to watch his grandchildren play sports.

Survivors include his wife of seven years, Sharon Tirrell Hanley of Inverness, FL; his mother, Mary Widenor of Inverness, FL; his children, Jeffrey, Rhianna, and Katy Hanley of CT, Joseph and his wife Tina Tirrell of Inverness, Jessica Barnelt of Hernando; his grandchildren, Doniven Stuebe, Joseph Jr., Riley, Kasey and Thea Tirrell all of Inverness and Sean Paul Rooney, Jr. of Hernando.

A celebration of life candle light memorial will be held at his home the night of his birthday, October 31, 2015 at 9:00 p.m. for all those wishing to participate.  Heinz Funeral Home & Cremation, Inverness, FL.
