Rosella Payne

Rosella Payne was a God-fearing woman that loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She passed peacefully at her home in Lecanto, FL. She was 79 years old, born on August 22, 1943 in Portsmouth, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her parents Isaac and Evelyn Jordan, her husband of 60 years Ralph Payne, her sisters, Bertha Adrian, and Delma Hinkle, her daughter Melanie Lynn Starky, and her grandson Adam Frederick.

She is survived by her sister Shirley Jessee of Minford Ohio. Her Son Edward Payne (Judy Payne) of Brunswick, OH, Kevin Payne (Jennifer Prince) of Ocala FL, her daughters Delma Frederick (Kevin Frederick) of Silver Springs, FL, and Christina Payne of Lecanto, FL. Her grandchildren Anthony and William Frederick, Frank and Crystal Serenda, Stacie Tompson, Isaac Payne, Chris and Brandi Kozlowski. She was also survived by many great grandchildren. Rosella loved and lived by her Bible, the Word of God.

Rosella was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be greatly missed.

A Funeral Service will be held at 12 o'clock noon on, on Thursday, February 2, 2023, at Heinz Funeral Home in Inverness.  The family will begin receiving friends at 10:00 AM at the funeral home.  Interment will follow at Good Shepherd Memorial Gardens in Ocala, at 2:00 PM.   Arrangements by Heinz Funeral Home, Inverness, FL.
