In Loving Memory of Teresa Paige

Teresa Paige, age 59, passed away peacefully on February 12, 2024. Born in Oklahoma, she found her true home in the mountains of North Carolina, even though she spent a significant portion of her life in Florida. Her vibrant spirit and infectious laughter touched the lives of all who knew her.

Teresa's life was a beautiful blend of love, family, and cherished moments. She was blessed with two amazing children, Jonathan and Laura, before meeting her soulmate Kevin, who brought her a beautiful blended family. Together, they built a loving home filled with laughter, joy, and unconditional support. Teresa is survived by her soulmate Kevin and their six children: Jonathan, Laura, Kevin Jr., Ivy, Monica, and JT. Each one of them carries the torch of their mother's legacy and will honor her memory with love and strength. 

When her grandson Finley was born, Teresa happily entered her cherished Nana era. Finley quickly became the center of her world, bringing immeasurable joy and happiness. As Teresa's legacy lives on, so too will the love and devotion she poured into her beloved grandson.

Family and friends held a special place in Teresa's heart. She cherished her small circle of loved ones, appreciating the bonds they shared. For those fortunate enough to be part of her inner circle, they knew just how lucky they were. Her mother Janetta Maxwell, brothers Mike and Roger, sister Debbie, mother-in-law Carol, brother-in-law Alan, nieces Britani, Samantha, Erin, and Ashley, nephews Corey and Derrick, son-in-law Travis, granddaughter Aniyah, grandson Treyvon, and chosen family Ashley, Jarred, Atticus, and Juniper Zane were all treasured members of her family. Their love and support meant the world to Teresa, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Teresa is preceded in death by her sister Connie, father Guy, step-father James, nephew Matthew, and faithful companion Daisy. 

Teresa had a remarkable ability to make any occasion a celebration, turning ordinary moments into unforgettable memories. She always had a White Russian in hand and a favorite phrase she often shared with loved ones: "stay blurry." This motto encapsulates her zest for life, reminding everyone to embrace the present and find joy in every moment.

Teresa's entrepreneurial spirit led her to great success as a business owner. Teresa and Kevin fearlessly pursued their dreams and achieved remarkable accomplishments including owning and operating many restaurants, including most recently Paige’s Rootbeer. Her dedication and determination served as an inspiration to all who knew her.

Teresa Paige will forever be remembered for her vivacious spirit, unwavering love, and incredible ability to make others feel cherished. Her legacy will continue through every member of her family. May her radiant smile and loving nature serve as a guiding light for all those whose lives she touched.

Forever in our hearts, Teresa will be dearly missed and eternally loved. Her friends and family are planning a private celebration of life in North Carolina at a later date.
