Thomas Otey

Thomas W. Otey , 72, of Beverly Hills, FL, died on March 9, 2014 at his home under the loving care of his family and Hospice of Citrus County.  Thomas was born on February 13, 1942 in Pulaski, VA, the son of Charlie and Madeline Otey.  He served in the U.S. Air Force.  Thomas was a retired lab technician for Caroll Contractors.  He moved to Beverly Hills in 1971 from Fort Lauderdale, FL.  Thomas was a Hamm Radio operator.  He loved repairing race cars and fishing.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara A. Otey of Beverly Hills, FL; five children, Terry Forester and husband Billy of Beverly Hills, FL, William Biscardi and wife Jayme of Inverness, FL, Kathy Biscardi of Inverness, FL, Mary Corne of Beverly Hills, FL, and Richard Howell of Inverness, FL; 17 grandchildren; and 39 great grandchildren.  Arrangements by Heinz Funeral Home & Cremation, Inverness, FL.
