Victor Cotto

Victor M. Cotto, 84, of Hernando, FL, passed away on March 4, 2021. He was born on August 17, 1936 in Aibonito, Puerto Rico, son of the late Juan and Soledad Cotto.

Victor worked as a chef and server in the hospitality industry. He enjoyed music and playing dominoes.  He was energetic and loved spending time with his family.  He also liked going to the dog track and horse track.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Nellie, and his brothers: Filiberto, Raymond and Tito.  Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Joan Cotto; three daughters, Vicki Cotto, Lori Lyon, Christi Cotto; son-in-law, Keith Lyon; three sisters, Josephine, Virgin and Carmen; two grandchildren, Brittany Lyon and Briana Goldberger and her husband Greg; as well as one great grandchild, Avery Goldberger.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Sunday, 03/21/2021 at 1 PM at Heinz Funeral Home, 2507 Hwy 44 W, Inverness, FL 34453.
