 On Tuesday, February 11, 2025, Wolfgang Frank Bienwald, age 98, of Inverness, Florida passed away peacefully at home.

He was born on May 16, 1926, in Berlin, Germany. He is predeceased by his wife of 78 years, Christel. He is survived by his two sons and their wives, Bernd and Marion, Ralph and Donna, two grandchildren and their spouses, Brian and Christina, Lauren and Vasilis Koskota and one great-grandchild, Steven Wolfgang.

Wolfgang and Christel immigrated to the United States in 1952, living on Long Island and lastly in Inverness.

Wolfgang worked for decades for Leviton Manufacturing Company, retiring as an Assistant Vice President and Chief Engineer, achieving several patents for electronic devices to his name.

We all loved and will miss his wit, positive attitude and uptempo personality.
